1. Who we are

Genesis AI is operated by Aumniscient Education Private Limited ("Netskill," "we," "us," or "our"), based in Bengaluru, India. Genesis AI helps organisations transform source materials into digital learning content, assessments, avatars, and analytics-enabled course experiences.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, using Genesis AI, or permitting your users to use the platform under your organisation's subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to bind that entity to these terms.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account and business information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, restricting unauthorised access to your account, and ensuring that each user in your workspace uses the service lawfully and in line with these terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the documents, videos, audio, text, images, training content, learner data, and other material you upload, submit, or generate through Genesis AI ("Customer Content"). You grant Netskill a limited, non-exclusive right to host, process, transmit, transform, and display Customer Content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service for your workspace.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases required to upload and use Customer Content on the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Genesis AI. This includes attempting to reverse engineer the service, bypass security controls, upload unlawful or infringing material, interfere with platform stability, introduce malware, scrape the service without permission, or use the platform to create deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

6. AI-generated outputs

Genesis AI uses automated systems and AI-assisted workflows to generate outlines, quizzes, summaries, translations, avatar scripts, and other outputs. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or relying on it, especially for legal, compliance, safety, HR, or regulated training use cases.

While we work to improve output quality, we do not guarantee that generated content will always be complete, error-free, or suitable for every business context without human review.

7. Fees, billing, and credits

Paid plans, usage credits, billing cycles, taxes, and renewal terms are governed by your order form, subscription plan, or other commercial agreement with Netskill. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable, taxes are additional where applicable, and unpaid amounts may result in suspension or restriction of service access.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to maintain a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party dependencies, internet connectivity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

Netskill and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in Genesis AI, including the software, interface, workflows, branding, documentation, and underlying technology, excluding Customer Content and any rights expressly granted to you in writing.

10. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. The receiving party will use the other party's confidential information only as needed to perform under these terms and will protect it with reasonable care. This obligation does not apply to information that is independently developed, publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, or lawfully obtained from another source.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genesis AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Netskill disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netskill will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability under these terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to Netskill for Genesis AI during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that your use violates these terms, threatens the security or integrity of the platform, creates legal risk, or if payments remain overdue. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any minimum contract or notice periods in your commercial agreement.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any contrary contractual agreement, courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the service.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after the revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
